DESCRIPTION:Come join the Queens County Young Democrats (QCYD) as we again 
 use the annual celebration of Phagwah\, one of the most ancient\, joyous a
 nd colorful festivals of the Hindu calendar celebrating Spring. We will us
 e this joyous occasion to register voters in the predominantly immigrant H
 indu community celebrating at the parade.\n\nIf you are interested in volu

  mess! Throwing colors is a vital tradition you should expect if you atten
 d.\n\nCar: Van Wyck to Liberty Avenue exit or the Atlantic Avenue exit (be
 tter). Head west toward Richmond Hill.\nParking: Try parking on a side str
 eet between Liberty and Atlantic\, close to Smokey Oval Park\, or else on 
 Atlantic. Parking on Liberty is not an option. By noon finding a spot will
  be very difficult\, if not headache inducing.\nSubway: A to Ozone Park-Le
